1903 Harley-Davidson Vintage Motorbike
Die Cast Model
Oh boy, has this company come a long way since 1903 when this single-cylinder engine motor-bicycle was designed. The small engine with a displacement of 7.07 cubic inches and 4" flywheels was designed for use on a regular bicycle. It's a good thing they kept the pedals, as they were needed in order to climb the hills around the developers' shop in Milwaukee. This learning experience proved invaluable and what came after has helped Harley-Davidson become one of the largest motorcycle manufacturers in the world, and an iconic brand widely known for its tremendously loyal following.
This die-cast metal model has a rear-wheel stand, moving handlebars and wheels and is crafted with a distressed patina. Very detailed to emulate the original and delightful addition to your antique vehicle collection. Measures 10-1/2" x 6-1/2" tall. Weighs 1-1/2 lbs.
