American Bison Leather Journal
This unique all-purpose journal is made using full grain American Bison leather for the cover. The paper pages are hand-laced with leather "thread". Three sturdy snaps keep the pages secure and the journal closed. You can imagine these being used in the Wild West by lawmen, ranchers, cowboy poets and artists. Makes a nice, easily carried sketch or note pad. This type of journal might have been a daily carry for artists recording scenes of the period including Charles Russell. Built to last. Measures 6-1/8" wide x 1" x 9-3/4" long. Made in the U.S.A.
NOTE: Scarring and natural markings are prevalent, making each piece truly unique. No two are alike and some noticeable scarring will appear on most Bison leather.
