Conceived by Stratus Culinary and handcrafted in Seki, Japan by Yaxell, the Dragon kitchen knives are designed to be your everyday go to knives. Yaxell has been one of the leading knife manufacturers in Seki, the knife capital of Japan, since 1932.
Each blade is constructed of Carpenter CTS-BD1N alloy blade steel, an American made nitrogen-bearing, high-carbon chromium martensitic steel, capable of achieving a Rc. of 60-63. The handles are made of highly heat-resistant, FDA approved non-shrink Micarta®, with stainless steel rivets and bolsters. These are extremely sharp and durable knives that are the perfect blend of Japanese Craftsmanship and advanced American steel and technology.
Dragon 10" Cooks Knife
For those that prefer the heftier knife in the kitchen. The 10" blade is 2-1/8" wide and 3/32" thick. Measures 15-3/8" overall and weighs 10.3 oz.

Has wide scalloped serrations designed to cut bread without tearing. The 5-3/4" blade is 1-1/2" wide and 3/32" thick. Measures 10-3/8" and weighs 5.0 oz.
