Multi-Stone Rustic Silver Box
This rustic nickel silver box is handmade and hand finished by a single family in the Central Highlands region of Mexico. Resembling the Navajo stamp work of the early 1900s, each box is tooled with depictions of the southwest with turquoise and spiny oyster applied to the top of the hinged lid. Nickel silver does not tarnish like sterling or silver plate, but rather develops a nice luster giving it the look and feel of a vintage piece of silver. Use a cloth to remove dust and polish away fingerprints. Velour lined. Measures 6-1/4" x 6-1/4" x 3-3/4". Weighs about 2 lbs.
