Perfect for coring and seeding. Simply cut, insert and twist to remove seeds and cores. The larger green twister is recommened for cucumbers, yellow squash, anaheim, hungarian hot peppers and more. The smaller twister has a red handle and is recommened for the smaller peppers like jalapenos or habaneros and roma or cherry tomatoes. Dishwasher safe.
