1969 Pontiac Trans Am & Dodge Charger

1969 was a very good year for the muscle car. Among two of the many introductions that year were the Pontiac Trans Am Firebird and the Dodge Charger R/T. Each of these 1:18 scale models is precision die-cast metal with functional wheels, doors, hood (and trunk on the Charger), detailed interior and chrome wheels. Some parts are plastic. This is an adult collectible and not recommended for children under 14.

Pontiac Trans Am Firebird
Only 691 of the Firebird were built in 1969, their first year of production. This die-cast model comes complete with the dual Ram Air snorkels feeding the big block 400 V-8 engine, a fully detailed interior, blackout taillights with a firebird logo and the Trans Am lettering on the spoiler and Rally rims. Impeccable detail. Over 120 parts. Measures 10-3/4" x 4-1/8" x 2-3/4" tall. Weighs 1 lb. 14.5 oz.

Dodge Charger R/T
This had to be the best looking Charger ever with its bold new split grille, blacked out tail light panel, new bumble bee stripes with R/T cutouts, detailed interior, 440 Magnum V-8 under the hood and chrome Rally wheels. Impeccable detail. The die-cast model has over 140 parts. Measures 11-3/4" x 4-1/4" x 3" tall. Weighs 1 lb. 10 oz.
