KAI Pure Komachi 2 Chefs / Slicing Knife
With the popularity of the original Komachi Kitchen knives, Kershaw decided to update the design and add more models for the Komachi 2 line. They have kept the ergonomically shaped resin handles and the high-carbon stainless blade at 57-59 Rc. with the fluorinated resin coating. The special coating helps keep food from sticking during preparation, resists corrosion and makes cleaning the knife easier.
