Shipping & Handling in the USA

Standard Shipping is determined by the total of your order.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U. S. Territories ship U. S. Mail Only, and are charged $7.00 in addition to the standard shipping & handling rate.

Not all Items are available to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories.

Please allow 4 to 8 business days* for the delivery of your order. Your order of IN STOCK items usually ships within 48 business* hours.

Each order is charged a standard shipping and handling charge. If items on one order are being shipped to more than one address you will be charged the standard shipping and handling charge for each additional address.

You can, to the 48 States, choose from a couple Rush Delivery options on most items at an additional cost to the standard shipping & handling charge. (See below)

Rush Delivery Options 48 States only

This charge will be added to the standard shipping/handling rate.
Rush Delivery Options are not available on items to Alaska, Hawaii or U. S. Territories.

Expedited service - $15.00 per address - Delivers in 3 to 4 business days*
Express service - $30.00 per address - Delivers in 2 days business days*

If your Rush order requires more than one box, you will be accessed a Rush delivery charge on each box, but only 1 Standard shipping & Handling charge.

Rush Orders that state actual ship charges may delay your order from shipping that day, please make sure your contact information is current, so we can get your approval in a timely manner.  You will be contacted before any additional charges are placed on your order.

Orders, for IN stock items, received by 12pm Noon Central Time will ship the same business day*.  If order is placed after 12pm Noon central time, that order will ship out on the following business day*.

*Business Days are Monday through Friday.

Backordered Items
If you are placing your order by fax, mail, or Online and one of your items is on backorder, you will be notified either on the invoice with the other items that shipped, or a post card will be sent to you.  If you need an item within a certain time frame please call our Customer Service Department between 8:30am and 5:00pm Central Time Monday through Friday and on Saturday between 9:00am and 1:00pm Central time. 800-255-9034

We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays. (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.)

Oversized Items
Extra Heavy or oversize products require additional shipping charges. Oversize shipping charges are identified after each product price.  These charges are added to the Standard Shipping & Handling rates. These items can only be shipped within the 48 contiguous states. (If Rush Delivery Options are available on the item, you will be charged the actual cost to ship that item. Please contact us if you wish to use these options.)

No International Orders for Russell’s For Men products.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy
If your order has not yet been processed we can cancel the order.  Once the order has processed, it cannot be cancelled.  Orders are normally processed within 24 hours, but as we are processing all day it could be within hours.

Return Policy

“As our customer, you are entitled to be satisfied.” But if the item is worn out, or abused, what we are able to do for you may be limited.

Exception: Most of the fine electronic products we offer (including watches) have manufacturers' warranties of one year or more. We limit our own guarantee on electronics to total satisfaction for a period of ninety (90) days.

Any original packing and inserts must be returned.  We suggest you insure the package for your protection.

Returns and Exchanges

Call our customer assistants at 800-255-9034 for instructions on how to exchange or return an item. For proper credit, ship items prepaid and insured to:

Enclose your packing slip and all original packaging and inserts, noting the reason for return on the back, and whether you prefer a replacement, exchange or credit.


Descriptive, typographic or photographic (on occasion prototype samples are photographed and production models may vary slightly, only the newest versions are shipped) errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.

If you request a credit/refund.  You will be credit/refund back to the original method of payment.
Credits will be credited on the card the used for the purchase.
Check or Money order we will send a refund check in the mail.

Credits are usually done within 1 week after receipt of return.
Refund checks take 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of return.
