Steiff, a German company that pioneered soft toys in 1880, has created this king of the jungle (also known as Leo Lion). Vintage Steiff plush toys have become very much sought after collectibles. These currently produced toys are meticulously sewn from the finest woven plush, a material used in the toy industry only by Steiff. He is blonde with an impressive mane and a gentle face with brown safety eyes. A yellow tag with the trademark is attached to one ear with a brass-plated button. Made of the highest quality materials. Machine washable. Measures 18" x 6-1/2" x 10". Weighs 1 lb. 0.5 oz.
