The Randall Combat Companion is a great choice as a general camp knife. With a double hilt, it is also an excellent self-defense tool. The 5" modified spear point blade has a sharpened top cutting edge. Full Tang.
This blade is forged from 1/4" O-1 high carbon bar stock at about 54 Rc. (We suggest our RustFree™ to protect the blade – RF125 . . . $7.95.) The handle is stacked leather with a brass double hilt and a Duralumin butt cap. Measures 9-7/8" tip to butt. Weighs about 9.2 oz. Ships with a brown leather Model A sheath with a sharpening stone in a pocket on the front of the sheath.
