Randall Model 24 Guardian with Green Micarta
For a number of years the black tactical knife has been the most popular in the marketplace. However, we have recently noticed that customers seem to have gotten more interested in handles of natural materials or with color instead of black. With our customers, the bright blade has always been more popular than the black coated blade.
Of course, Randall knives have always been popular in our mailings. It is just that today the interest is more toward fighting knives instead of hunters. Because of this interest, we have added Randall knives like the Guardian to the selection we keep in inventory. When we introduced the Guardian with an Ivorite handle in May 2015, we oversold what we had on the shelves. With that in mind, we have accumulated an inventory of not only the Guardian with Green Micarta, but also have several other handle materials. Just ask our Customer Service Reps what we currently have in stock.
For decades, Randall knives have been the best-known handmade knives in the world. No two Randall Made™ knives are exactly alike; no jigs or patterns are used in their final construction. Large-scale commercial production with this kind of attention to detail is not feasible. That's why knives of this unique quality are not widely available.
The Guardian has a 4" dagger style blade of 440B stainless at 55-56 Rc., which has been sharpened on both edges. This version has a green Micarta® handle with a brass hilt and black and brass spacers. Measures approximately 7-7⁄8" from tip to butt. Weighs about 4.2 oz. Includes a brown leather boot style concealment sheath with a traditional metal boot clip. Handmade in Randall's shop in Orlando, Florida.
(8-2024) Due to Randall's high volume of orders, if not on our shelves when you order, delivery of Randall knives ordered from A. G. Russell is currently taking 10-12 months. If ordered directly from Randall the wait is currently about 6 years.
