Gary has traveled to many wild areas of the world in his quest for the unique and inspiring images he paints.
The original oil painting was inspired by a trip to East Africa where Gary had the opportunity to sketch Burchell's zebras as they grazed in open, short-grass savanna amongst the Acacia Trees with Mount Kenya in the distance. The image measures 16" x 24" and is signed and numbered by the artist. The paper print is double matted in cream and green using museum grade acid free materials. It is then encased in a handsome Italian-made wood frame with gold leaf gilding. The frame measures 24" x 31-1/2". A signed, dated and numbered Certificate of Authenticity is attached to the back of the frame. Weighs 6 lbs. 1.5 oz.
